Oman is cementing its green hydrogen ambitions with plans for its first domestic industry use of green hydrogen after an MoU was signed on 5 December to build a $3bn, 5mn t/y green steel plant in Duqm.

The announcement came just over a month after the sultanate launched Phase A of its green hydrogen ambitions on 23 October.
