Israeli gas output averaged 2.56bn cfd in 2Q 2026, up 16% from 2.20bn cfd in 1Q 2026 (see chart 1), setting a seasonal record. Production was still considerably below the record 2.89bn cfd set in 3Q 2025, but the recent addition of new production capacity coupled with the debottlenecking of Israel’s export pipeline system means that record could be tested this quarter.
