A clause buried near the end of Israel’s 87-page Dayan gas-policy review could provide a regulatory route for a future bidirectional gas pipeline to Cyprus, although the report does not name the island.
The committee, chaired by Energy Ministry Director General Yossi Dayan, published its final report on 17 September.
