Libya’s crude output in November surpassed 1mn b/d for the first time this year as National Oil Corporation (NOC) managed to sustain its production revival following an eight-month oil blockade which came to an end in September.

Having already reached pre-output levels of around 1.25mn b/d of crude and condensate last month (MEES, 20 November), average monthly production in the coming months is set to be considerably higher still.
