Kuwait has a new cabinet and parliament. Again. Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al Sabah issued a decree forming the new government on 18 June, before opening the newly elected parliamentary session two days later on 20 June. This marks the fourth cabinet formed by Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al Sabah, who is the eldest son of Emir Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Sabah, since he was first appointed in July 2022 (MEES, 29 July 2022).
