*Russia has regained its dominance in the Turkish gas market, for now at least. Volumes rose to a monthly average of 1.76bcm for August to October 2020, a 47% market share, versus 0.74bcm/month for January-July when Azerbaijan was number one.

*On an annual basis Russia has been Turkey’s top supplier every year for well over a decade. Until 2018 Iran was number two ahead of Azerbaijan. Iran volumes slipped to 7.74bcm for 2019, 2bcm behind Azerbaijan.
