Libya To Italy Gas Shipments At 4-Year High

*Italy received a 4-year high average of 552mn cfd of gas from Libya in the first eight months of 2019 (see chart 1).

*Volumes have ramped up with the near-completion of the 10-well ‘Phase-2’ expansion of the Eni-operated Bahr Essalam offshore gas project which raised output to 1.1bn cfd (MEES, 5 July) .
