Qatar Petroleum and ExxonMobil’s $10bn, 1.4bn cfd Barzan offshore gas development is now set to start up in the first quarter of next year, months behind schedule, with full volumes not till late 2015.

RasGas, the QP/ExxonMobil partnership that will operate Barzan, says that the first of two Barzan trains will come online by March 2015.
