Sudan’s battered energy infrastructure is again under attack as the war between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the rival paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) continues into its fourth year. The latest attacks threaten recent recovery efforts (MEES, 5 June).
