Eni has agreed to sell Snam 49.9% of its holdings in two sections of the Trans-Mediterranean Pipeline which link Algeria to Italy for €385mn ($436mn), the two Italian firms said on 27 November.

The deal comprises the 34.3 bcm/y TTPC pipeline (Eni 100%) which spans the entirety of Tunisia and also the 33.5 bcm/y TMPC undersea pipeline (Eni 50%, Sonatrach 50%) which links Tunisia and Sicily (see map). (CONTINUED - 287 WORDS)
