Israel’s key 22tcf Leviathan field last week secured an additional modest sales deal from Israel’s state electricity company (IEC), for a period of up to two years after the Leviathan field’s start-up, slated for late 2019.

Volumes are flexible and “based on volumes that IEC requires beyond the quantities of gas that IEC is obligated to take under its Tamar contract.” The latter contract is for 3bcm/year. (CONTINUED - 243 WORDS)
