Saudi Arabia’s wholesale power sector transformation is gathering pace and is a key component of the kingdom’s Vision 2030 program. Through institutional reform, large-scale renewable deployment, grid modernization and battery storage investment, the kingdom is emerging as a globally consequential energy-transition market.
