Jordan’s state utility Nepco signed a nine-month lease with US firm Excelerate Energy on 5 May for use of the newly christened Excelerate Acadia 1bn cfd floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU). The vessel will be moored at the Sheikh Sabah LNG Terminal at Aqaba on the Red Sea.
