Kurdistan-focused oil producer Shamaran announced on 28 May that it has delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) in Toronto. It expects to begin trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange’s Euronext Growth Oslo market by 5 June, and has completed the previously announced corporate continuance from Canada to Bermuda. The company has non-operating stakes at two prominent blocks in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq; the 40,000 b/d capacity Atrush (HKN 25%op, Shamaran 50%, KRG 25%) and the 30,000 b/d Sarsang (HKN 62%op, Shamaran 18%, KRG 20%). Production has been shut in since early March as a result of the regional conflict.
