Basrah Gas Company (BGC) said on 12 May that it loaded its first condensate cargo after exports were suspended since early March due to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz. Izaat Sabir, the oil ministry’s gas deputy, said the 50,000 m3 (314,500 barrels) cargo was loaded on a tanker named ‘Dakush’ “in full compliance with tender requirements.”

Kpler shows that the tanker is currently heading to Sharjah in the UAE with 157,000 barrels of clean products on board.
