The Sharjah National Oil Company (SNOC) has completed the first phase of development of its Hedebah gas and condensate field, stating that this has doubled the company’s gas output. The field was discovered in 2024 (MEES, 4 October 2024), and SNOC plans to ramp up production during 2027 to plateau by 2028. Hedebah’s discovery followed the discovery and commercialization of the key Mahani field. Gas from the fields is processed at the nearby 700mn cfd Sajaa plant.
