Israeli gas output briefly dropped on 30 January due to unplanned outages at Chevron’s 1.2bn cfd Leviathan and Energean’s 540mn cfd Karish. By the afternoon of 30 January, Chevron confirmed that “gas production has resumed from the Leviathan reservoir.”
“Chevron Mediterranean Limited (CML) can confirm that gas production has resumed from the Leviathan reservoir, and we are supplying natural gas to our customers in Israel and the region from both the Leviathan and Tamar reservoirs,” the US company added. (CONTINUED - 212 WORDS)
