London-based, Norway-listed, Africa-focused minnow Panoro Energy has agreed to pay $18.2mn to buy out minority partner Beender Tunisia from its Tunisia assets.

Panoro currently has 60% and Beender 40% of Sfax Petroleum which in turn has 49% and joint operatorship (with state firm ETAP) of the five ‘TPS’ concessions onshore and in the shallow water offshore Tunisia’s second city of Sfax. Sfax Petroleum also operates (87.5%) the Sfax Offshore exploration permit. (CONTINUED - 330 WORDS)
