Sudan’s warring forces have blamed each other for a 7 November explosion and massive fire at the country’s main oil refinery.

The Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) accused the rival paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) of filling a tanker with fuel without following safety protocol, causing the blast at the 100,000 b/d Al-Jaili refinery, 70 km north of the capital Khartoum. (CONTINUED - 399 WORDS)
