Dubai-based Kentech on 15 August completed the purchase of the oil and gas-related business of Canada’s SNC Lavalin marking the latter’s exit from oil and gas engineering and services.
Kentech says the combined “top-tier global energy services firm” has a project backlog of $1.1bn and a sales pipeline of more than $7bn with a “combined roster of blue-chip clients [which] includes Adnoc, BP, Chevron, ExxonMobil, KOC, Qatar Petroleum, Saudi Aramco and Shell.” (CONTINUED - 185 WORDS)
