Output from the Abu Sennan concession in Egypt’s Western Desert has slumped with the key ASH field seeing a collapse due to water infiltration.

Having hit a record 13,350 boe/d (82% oil) for Q2 and a 1H 2021 average of 12,400 boe/d (MEES, 30 July), UK firm United Oil & Gas (UOG) is now guiding just 7,450-8,600 boe/d gross for the concession for 2H 2021 and around 10,000 boe/d for the year as a whole. (CONTINUED - 198 WORDS)
