The ‘Monte Toledo’ Suezmax unloaded 1mn barrels of crude oil from the Saudi-Kuwaiti Neutral Zone (PNZ) at Malaysia’s Sungai Linggi offshore transhipment zone on 23 April. The apparent recipient is a VLCC that remains in position at the port.

The shipment from the offshore Khafji field is the first to be unloaded since PNZ output restarted in February, having been completely offline since 2015 (MEES, 28 February). Another 1mn barrels is en route to China’s Shuidong terminal on board the ‘Dar Salwa’. Both vessels loaded in early April (MEES, 10 April). (CONTINUED - 89 WORDS)
