Israel’s Delek Group has sold a combined 70% of its Delek Israel fuel station and convenience store business for a total IS525mn ($155mn) to two separate local real estate players.

The 18 October deal follows Delek’s sale of its fuel storage and distribution company Pi Gelilot in July for $203mn (MEES, 15 May). In July Delek Israel agreed the IS367.5mn ($108mn) sale of two gas fired power plants, the 140MW plant at Sorek and the 87MW plant at Ashkelon, which are integrated with desalination facilities, to local firm Rapac Energy (MEES, 31 July).
