The so-called ‘Peace to Prosperity Workshop’ set out the economic part of a peace deal that would supposedly help resolve the decades-long Israel-Palestine conflict. The plan envisages $50bn in investments for Palestine and surrounding countries to spur economic growth to support a political settlement – details of which are yet to be released.
