Ihsan Isma’il has been removed from the role of Director General at Iraq’s state Basra Oil Company (BOC) along with five other oil officials. This came as the result of an official letter from Iraq’s Council of Ministers which called for 61 directors general to be dismissed and replaced citing the fact they’d not been formally confirmed.
Other relevant officials include the directors general of Midland Oil Company, Iraqi Tankers Company, and the Oil Products Distribution Company, according to Iraq Oil Report. (CONTINUED - 182 WORDS)
