Aramco Sees Gas As Central To Economic Transformation

Saudi Aramco set itself out as wholly supportive and integral to Deputy Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman’s Vision 2030 in its Annual Review for 2015.

“As the country transitions to a more diversified economy – one based on new industries, innovation, and knowledge – it is our responsibility to manage the resource base for the greater benefit of the country,” the state-owned giant, which until last month was headed by newly-anointed energy minister Khalid al-Falih, says.
