Israel’s Leviathan: Output Capped By Export Capacity Constraints
Israel’s key Leviathan field saw output slump to the lowest level since 2021 last quarter despite record exports to Egypt as cut-price Karish gas snagged a 38% domestic market share. Chevron and its partners eye a surge in Egypt volumes with the end-year completion of a new pipeline link, with more substantial infrastructure-driven gains to come in 2027.
