Iraq’s supply of 10,000 b/d of oil to Jordan’s 70,000 b/d Zarqa refinery has been paused. Supplies resumed in September 2021 under a memorandum of understanding between the two sides which has now expired. Iraq’s cabinet has approved a renewal in late-March for another year, but has yet to sign the agreement, resulting in the cessation of trucked supplies.
