Omani oil exports are generating record revenues for the sultanate, thanks to a combination of easing Opec+ cuts and $100+ oil prices. MEES calculates that crude and condensate export revenues hit $3.1bn in July, easily topping the previous record of $2.99bn set in May (see chart 1). If there is one note of caution for Oman, it is that its dominant client, China, has been reducing oil imports.
