Kuwait state firm Kipic expects the delivery of a feasibility study for the long-delayed Al Zour petrochemicals complex by September, local daily Al Rai reports. The complex would take feedstock from the 615,000 b/d Al Zour refinery which is poised to start up by end-2022 (MEES, 24 June). The Wood Mackenzie study will include “market dynamics, environmental emissions and marketability of products.”
