Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC) opened up an “overseas arm” in London this week as it seeks to recruit UK engineering and services firms to help it reach its long-term output target of 2.1mn b/d.

NOC says the new firm, Murzuq Oil Services Limited (MOSL), “will add value for the NOC and its affiliates by collaborating with UK companies, including leading international Engineering, Procurement and Construction contractors, to deliver projects across the whole project lifecycle in Libya and ultimately globally.” (CONTINUED - 238 WORDS)
