Key Oman producer PDO (state firm EDO 60%, Shell 34%, Total 4%, Partex 2%) has been hit hard by the sultanate’s participation in the Opec+ production cuts. The state-led firm had boosted crude and condensate output up to 694,000 b/d in 2019, but this came tumbling down to just 602,000 b/d for 2020 due to the cuts (see chart).
