Kurdish oil is once again flowing regularly to the Mediterranean following last September’s agreement to re-open the pipeline to Turkey’s Ceyhan export terminal.
After Turkey closed the pipeline in April 2023, IOCs operating oil fields in Kurdistan adjusted by selling barrels into local markets. They also slashed investments and halted drilling in order to protect their balance sheets. (CONTINUED - 472 WORDS)
