On 30 April, state firm QatarEnergy has signed a deal with Singapore-based Shell International Eastern Trading to supply up to 285mn barrels (31,000 b/d) of condensate over 25 years from July 2025.

Qatar exported 190,000 b/d of condensate in 2024 according to Kpler, meaning this deal would equate to around 16% of its exports. The deal follows a ten-year one with Japan’s Mitsui for 110mn barrels (30,000 b/d) last year and with Dubai’s Enoc for 120mn barrels (32,000 b/d) the previous year. (CONTINUED - 79 WORDS)
