Global investment firm KKR announced on 1 October that it had acquired a “minority stake” in Adnoc Gas Pipeline Assets (AGPA) which has lease rights from Adnoc for 38 pipelines covering 982km, connecting Adnoc’s upstream assets with domestic offtakers.
AGPA was established in 2020. Adnoc holds 51%, while most foreign investment is through Galaxy Pipeline Assets Bidco (47.7%) - NH Galaxy Pipeline Bidco holds 1.3% separately. The size of KKR’s stake is unclear, and it did not say who it purchased it from. (CONTINUED - 115 WORDS)
