*US LNG exports are on track to fall back to 6.29mn tons for April, according to latest figures from data intelligence firm Kpler. This represents a fall of 25% from December’s record 8.54mn tons and the lowest figure since late 2022. It is also likely to see the US temporarily fall behind Australia and Qatar as top global exporter, a title it snagged for the first time on an annual basis for 2023 (MEES, 5 April).
