Russia remained well ahead of Saudi Arabia as top crude supplier to top global importer China for the first two months of 2024.
Imports from Russia averaged 2.16mn b/d for Jan-Feb 2024, up 11% year-on-year, with both January (2.03mn b/d) and February (2.29mn b/d) above the 2mn b/d mark and February the third highest ever behind June and August last year.
