*This was just ahead of Russia, up 122% at 241,000 b/d. But it was a game of four quarters: Iraq went from 180,000 b/d ahead of Russia for Q1 (MEES, 10 June 2022) to almost 150,000 b/d behind for Q4 when Turkey imported a quarterly record 331,000 b/d from Russia including a monthly record 428,000 b/d for November (see charts & table).
