*The Oxford Institute for Energy Studies, in its latest quarterly gas market report released this week, predicts that southeast Asian LNG buying will likely prove more resilient to high prices than the established markets of Japan, China and South Korea as well as the heavily price-sensitive south Asian markets of India and Pakistan.
