Whether the kerosene unit (potentially a 40,000 b/d kerosene hydrotreater) is currently operational remains unclear. Kuwait produced 144,000 b/d of kerosene in January according to the latest Jodi data, and exported 125,000 b/d, with domestic demand just 10,000 b/d.
