Baghdad’s 2018 budget is in trouble, as Iraqi President Fuad Masum and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) expressed apprehensions this week over its failure to allocate funds to the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), as well as the $10.6bn projected deficit.
