Iraq’s Trade Ministry, has stopped registering Turkish firms as of 13 September, as the neighbors sparred over Ankara’s refusal to send back the fugitive Iraqi VP, Tariq al-Hashimi , who was sentenced to death in absentia in Baghdad.
