South Sudan To Divide Total-Operated Block

South Sudan will divide a large exploration block operated by France’s Total into three parts, according to a 13 September Reuters report. The news agency cited an oil industry source as say that sections of the Block B license area would be offered to ExxonMobil and Kufpec.
