International Atomic Energy Agency director general Yukiya Amano called on 10 September for Tehran to grant IAEA inspectors immediate access to the Parchin military site, where they suspect nuclear weapons-related tests have been carried out. Mr Amano said it was “frustrating” that the IAEA and Iran had made no real progress in talks over Tehran’s nuclear program: “We need to stop going around in circles discussing process. Iran has the obligation to fully cooperate with us.”
