Oil Prices Rise On Stimulus Hopes

Benchmark crude oil prices rose on 7 September after weaker than expected US employment data raised hopes for a further round of quantitative easing from the US Federal Reserve. WTI crude rose by $0.89/B to settle at $96.42/B, while Brent crude ended $0.76/B higher at $114.25/B.
