A large bomb struck Damascus, wounding at least three, as leaders from the world’s 57 Muslim Nations gathered in Saudi Arabia to discuss suspending Syria from the Organization Of Islamic Organization (OIC). Syrian army rebels claimed responsibility for the bomb, which hit a high-security zone containing several government and military buildings.
