Iraq: Oil Output Reaches 3.2mn B/D

Iraq’s crude oil production has risen to 3.2mn b/d and will increase as planned to 3.4mn b/d by year’s end, says Dr. Husain al Shahristani- Deputy Prime Minister for Energy (Bloomberg). Shahristani added that Iraq’s output has now surpassed that of Iran and Kuwait, and is the highest level reached by Iraq in 20 years.
