EIA Raises Global Demand Growth Outlook On Expectations Of Economic Stimulus

The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) has raised its forecast for global liquid fuels consumption growth to 800,000 b/d in 2012 and 900,000 b/d in 2013. This compares with a projected 700,000 b/d increase in both years in its previous outlook (MEES, 16 July).
