Total Signs Deal With KRG

France’s Total has become the third major oil company (after ExxonMobil and Chevron) to sign upstream agreements with the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG). IRAQ’S Oil Ministry issued an angry statement in reaction to the deal, threatening to blacklist Total, but without any details.
