RBS And Two Other Banks Quit Dubai Group Debt Talks, Threaten Legal Action

Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and South Africa’s Standard Bank have abandoned talks on restructuring Dubai Groups $10bn debt. Concessions offered to end banks’ dissension, legal action threat may be negotiating tactic, analysts say.
